Meet Alyssa

Alyssa is a recent graduate of Stephens College with  her Masters in Counseling Psychology. She is a provisionally licensed counselor. Originally from Moberly, MO, she is a recent transplant to Columbia.

 Alyssa uses a client-centered approach, drawing from variety of techniques and modalities to support positive change and personal growth, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). Alyssa meets you where you are, offering a non-judgmental space to freely explore and process.
