Meet Alyssa

Alyssa has a Masters in Clinical Counseling from Central Methodis College. She is a provisionally licensed counselor. Originally from Moberly, MO, she is a recent transplant to Columbia.

 Alyssa uses a client-centered approach, drawing from variety of techniques and modalities to support positive change and personal growth, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). Alyssa is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Alyssa meets you where you are, offering a non-judgmental space to freely explore and process.
