Meet Nicole

Nicole is a graduate counseling student at Stephens College, located in the heart of Columbia, Missouri. Her background as a licensed practical nurse fosters a perspective that highlights the importance of mental health and its impact on physical health.

She is passionate about helping individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered in their healing process. Nicole strives to create a welcoming, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.

Nicole believes in meeting clients where they are and values the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship. She takes a client-centered, strengths-based approach and integrates evidence-based practices to support each client’s unique goals and needs. Her clinical interests include emotional regulation, identity development, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.
