Meet Patrick

Patrick was born and raised right here in Missouri and pursued a career in art before discovering his passion for helping people. Coming from a country-boy background, he has a unique perspective on struggles with masculinity, LGBTQIA+ issues, sex and intimacy, gender, body image and how we reconcile the places that we come from with the people we strive to be.

He utilizes a constructivist approach that integrates person-centered techniques; believing that we are shaped by the experiences of our lives that give us each a unique perspective of the world. He endeavors to create a collaborative, supportive environment to help clients reconnect with themselves and be better equipped to cope with life's challenges. He is particularly passionate about (but certainly not limited to!) working with LGBTQIA+ communities and people struggling with sex, sexuality, and intimacy.

Patrick received a Bachelor's degree in Art from Lincoln University and is currently in the final year of study for his Master's of Education in Clinical Counseling at Stephens College.
