Kailee Rone, PLPC
Meet Kailee
Kailee has a lifelong passion for supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward greater emotional well-being, resilience, and self-understanding. She holds an Associate of Arts in Teaching (AAT), a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Kailee's background in education gives her a strong understanding of human development and the many ways life experiences, environments and relationships show how we think, feel and cope. She brings this perspective into her clinical work, especially when supporting clients through stress, self-doubt, identity exploration and emotional overwhelm.
Kailee works from a person-centered foundation grounded in warmth, authenticity, and collaboration, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She also incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to support emotional awareness, distress tolerance, and practical coping strategies. She has completed basic training in EMDR and utilizes and incorporates EMDR-informed approaches into my practice when clinically appropriate, within the scope of my training and client needs.
She works with individuals across the lifespan and has a special interest in supporting youth, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, trauma responses, identity development, and relationship challenges. Her goal is to create a space that feels grounded, genuine, and safe enough for clients to show up exactly as they are—while also feeling supported in moving toward the version of themselves they want to grow into.
Kailee is supervised by Mariah Keathley.
